Littos Returns & Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Littos. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at info@littos.co.nz and we’ll be happy to help.

Change of Mind

Unopened and unused Littos Coffee Chews purchased directly from Littos may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original sealed packaging and are in resalable condition.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Opened Products

As Littos Coffee Chews are a food product, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference or personal preference once a product has been opened, used, or had its original seal broken.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact info@littos.co.nz with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue.

Where appropriate, Littos may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Littos will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

Please do not return a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product unless requested by us.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Purchases From Other Retailers

If you purchased Littos from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer where the purchase was made and follow their applicable returns process.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
