SHIPPING TERMS
NEW ZEALAND
Free shipping may be available on eligible orders. Eligibility and the applicable order threshold are shown in the New Zealand storefront and at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to supported destinations worldwide. Shipping rates are based on destination and order weight. Any free-shipping offer and its eligibility will be shown for your market and at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
- New Zealand: 1–3 business days (rural locations may take longer)
- Australia: 3–6 business days
- Rest of world: 6–13 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. International deliveries may take longer if affected by customs processing or local delivery conditions.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Orders are dispatched on business days. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address, including a company name if shipping to a workplace.
- Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs or other circumstances outside our control.
- Any customs duties or import charges payable in your destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless shown as included at checkout.
