Yep — they're made with real coffee powder, not coffee-flavoured candy. Each flavour is built around a café favourite.

No lingering coffee breath — just a clean coffee taste while you enjoy it. Want it fresher? Iced Mint Coffee has a cool mint finish, a bit like a coffee mojito.

Keep the tin closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and enjoy soon after opening. The best-before date is on every tin.

Keep a tin in your pocket, bag, desk or glovebox. Between meetings, on the school run, mid-shift or on your commute — no queue, no cup, no waiting. Open, chew, back to it.

They're made for it. Small, light, nothing to spill, and no cup, water, fuel or coffee grounds to carry. They're a solid food, not a liquid — rules vary by country, so declare food where required (e.g. arriving in New Zealand or Australia) and check your airline's rules.

Brew when you've got time. Chew when you don't. Portable espresso makers need ground coffee, water, charging or heating, and a clean-up. Littos needs none of that — a 15 g tin slips into any pocket.

Instant coffee still needs a cup and hot water. Canned coffee is heavy and often sweet. Caffeine gum leaves you with gum to bin, and some pieces pack a big dose at once. Littos is real coffee in sip-sized chews, so you set the pace.

Think sip, not shot: 1 chew ≈ 1 sip of coffee. Per tin (about 25 chews):

• Everyday strength — Flat White, Iced Mint Coffee: approx. 70 mg

Tolerance varies, so start with a chew or two and see how you feel. Because each chew is a small top-up, you're in control — add more only if you want to. Count other caffeine you have during the day, and if you're sensitive, keep them to earlier in the day.

Real coffee powder, creamer powder, xylitol (sweetener 967) and flavour-specific ingredients like cocoa or caramel. Full ingredients and nutrition are on each tin and product page.

Yes — they contain milk (casein, in small amounts), so they're not vegan or dairy-free. Hazelnut Latte uses hazelnut flavouring only; there are no nuts in the ingredients.

Yes, our Coffee Chew range is gluten-free.

They contain caffeine, so they're not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. If you have a health condition or take medication, check with a health professional first.

They're sweetened with xylitol, so excess consumption may have a laxative effect. Like any coffee, caffeine can bother some stomachs — if that's you, enjoy them with food.

Call your vet or an emergency animal clinic straight away — don't wait for symptoms. Coffee Chews contain xylitol, which is toxic to dogs even in small amounts. Keep tins out of reach of pets.

Yes — we ship worldwide from New Zealand. Most countries get free shipping once your order reaches a set amount; you'll see your shipping cost and free-shipping threshold at checkout. In New Zealand it's a flat NZ$5, free over NZ$59.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. For food-safety reasons, opened products can't be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.
